VOCAL LICENCE / TERMS OF USE

 

Non-Exclusive Licence for SUNSCOLLIDE Vocals & Toplines

LICENCE CONFIRMATION

This document confirms the non-exclusive licence granted to the purchaser to use the accompanying SUNSCOLLIDE vocals and topline, subject to the terms below.

 

1. LICENCE & USAGE

You are granted a non-exclusive licence to use the supplied vocals and topline to create one new musical work, including commercial release.

• The same vocal may be licensed to other producers.

• Alternate versions, edits, remixes and instrumental versions of the same work are permitted.

• The vocals may not be used to create additional unrelated songs without a separate licence.

• The raw vocals may not be resold, sublicensed, redistributed or included in sample packs, loops or similar products.

• This licence is non-transferable.

• No explicit content.

2. ARTIST CREDIT

Where the SUNSCOLLIDE vocal is used in the released master, SUNSCOLLIDE must be credited as a Featured Artist, not a Main Artist.

Use of the SUNSCOLLIDE name in any other artist role requires prior written agreement.

When distributing the track, please ensure the correct existing SUNSCOLLIDE Spotify artist profile is selected.
 

3. RELEASE & CREDIT CONFIRMATION

You are permitted to commercially release your production using the licensed vocals.

Please provide the final mix and release details to SUNSCOLLIDE before release so that the agreed artist credit and publishing information can be confirmed.

SUNSCOLLIDE will not block a legitimate release, however SUNSCOLLIDE reserves the right to exclude its artist credit and/or publishing share.
 

4. PUBLISHING

SUNSCOLLIDE retains a 20% songwriting/publishing share in the composition created using the licensed topline.

This share must be correctly reflected in relevant publishing registrations.

The purchaser may not assign, transfer or enter into an exclusive publishing, production-music, catalogue or administration agreement that affects or restricts SUNSCOLLIDE's 20% publishing interest without prior written agreement.

 

5. SYNC & PUBLISHING OPPORTUNITIES

Individual sync licensing opportunities involving the resulting composition may be considered and agreed separately with SUNSCOLLIDE.

The standard licence does not grant permission to place the composition into production-music libraries, stock-music catalogues or similar services, or to grant exclusive publishing rights affecting SUNSCOLLIDE's 20% share.

Any such opportunity should be referred to SUNSCOLLIDE before an agreement is entered into.

 

6. ORIGINAL RECORDING & AI

This licence does not transfer ownership of the original SUNSCOLLIDE recording or vocal performance.

The vocals may not be used to train, clone or replicate the SUNSCOLLIDE voice, or to create an AI model or voice-conversion system intended to reproduce or impersonate SUNSCOLLIDE.

You may replace the SUNSCOLLIDE vocal with another vocalist or an independently generated AI voice. This does not remove the 20% songwriting/publishing share arising from the licensed topline.

 

7. OTHER RESTRICTIONS

The vocals may not be:

• Resold, sublicensed or redistributed as raw vocal files.

• Included in sample packs, loops, templates or similar products.

• Used to create additional unrelated songs under the same licence.

• Used for unlawful, defamatory or explicit content.

• Registered with automated rights-management systems in a way that creates claims against SUNSCOLLIDE or other authorised users.
